Founded in 1993,FengHua JiaJu Machinery Plant (Original FengHua BaiDu Nan'ao Sewing Machinery Fitting Factory) is professional manufacture and exporter specializing in non-standard machined parts,especially the non-standard hardware parts,such as the shaft,bolt,nut,rivet,screw,washer,housing,sleeve and turning bearings etc.We make the special parts according to the customers' drawings or samples.

Located in NingBo City,ZheJiang Province,we enjoy the transportation convenient.Our company covers an area of 5000 square meters,more than 3000 square meters for workshop.There're more than 60 workers in the workshop,3 for international sales department ,5 for technology department ,adn 6 for the quality control department .

We can produce 6,000,000 pieces for the shaft ,7,200,000 pieces for the bushings,6,800,000 pieces for the screw.Several million pieces for the other parts each year.
The quality control is accroding to the ISO systems critically.

In order to meet the international markets and customers' requirements,we turn to bring in the new equipments and open new parts .Now,we have CNC machines,centerless grinding machines,surface grinding machines,cylindrical grinding machines,automatic lathes,the drilling and tapping machines,rolling machines,stamping machines,milling machines,facing machines etc.
